Collection: Black Women in Space

This collection was created specifically for Women's Month. All of these works were apart of a special showcase featuring all Black Women. The showing was in Brooklyn, New York for the month of March '23. 

Black Women in Space was a way for me to illustrate Black Women in an outside world simply existing. Each illustration has its on personality and story that has been left for the viewer to decide. Every character has a unique way of feeling like someone you know, someone you relate to or something you wish to embody. 

May your mind take you away and allow you to visit these women in space.
